  • Do you make gluten free?
    I do not offer gluten free as I am a home-based baker and due to concerns about cross-contamination with gluten-containing ingredients in my kitchen.
  • Do you deliver?
    I am not offering delivery at this time but please reach out if you require it.
  • What flavours do you offer?
    I offer chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and since not everyone has the same likes, you may have both in your bouquet.
  • Do you take last minute bookings? (less than 48 hours)
    If I am available and I have space, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please message me at (403) 493-4351 to inquire.
  • Can I get a bouquet bigger than 19?
    Absolutely! Reach out to me at (403) 493-4351 and we can discuss other sizes and prices associated.
  • Where are you located?
    I am a home-based baker, located in Okotoks, Alberta. Pick up is at my house during the pick up time you chose on your appointment when you ordered the bouquet. Please text me at (403)493-4351 if you are going to be late for your appointment time.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    At the time of booking, you are charged the full amount of the bouquet. If you no longer need your bouquet, you may cancel your order up until 5 days' out with no deposit taken by me. If you are cancelling between 3-5 days' out, you will receive half of the amount paid back to your credit card. If you are cancelling with less than 3 days' notice, there is no refund.
  • What is a low-risk home-prepared food?
    I am a home-based baker. In Alberta, I fall under the low-risk home-prepared food category. Consumers can buy low-risk foods from other Albertans from their home or at special events. Low-risk foods do not require refrigeration, such as baked goods, candies, whole fresh produce and some canned goods. Low-risk home-prepared categories are not subject to inspection.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
